The challenge

Health in Globe needed to scale lead generation across multiple international markets — UK, US, Germany, and MENA — while staying within strict healthcare advertising compliance and keeping cost per qualified lead under control.

Previous agencies had hit a ceiling: fragmented ad sets, disconnected creative, and no clear measurement framework. The team needed a complete rebuild of the performance and creative system.

The goal: 150₺ qualified lead cost at scale, with creative that didn't look like every other aesthetic clinic.

Our approach

Strategy first: We rebuilt the funnel architecture from scratch — consolidating ad sets to escape Meta's learning phase, properly configuring the Conversions API, and re-mapping creative to the actual buyer journey.

Creative production: AI-native ad creative produced at scale — testing dozens of hooks, visual formats, and language variants. Each market got its own creative track, with local cultural cues built into the copy and imagery.

Measurement: Migrated from Bitrix24 to a streamlined CRM, set up proper WhatsApp data sharing, and built weekly reporting dashboards the team could actually use to make decisions.
